Outside of my previous work experiences I have received several certifications including the Leader in Training ( L.I.T. ) ​ certificates 1,2, and 3. Others include a portfolio development certification, a customer service certification.

People want to shop, eat, purchase items from places they believe are reliable, well made, and with a good service image/reputation.

Working at superstore I had the chance to interact and work together with other employees to complete tasks. I also had customer interaction experience, helping them find what they need. As a produce clerk I learned more about interacting with people. It is important to be approachable, kind, and both ready and willing to help. I feel I had the chance to practice these characteristics while working for Superstore.
Installer - EABCO Systems Furniture

As an installer at EABCO, there was a major focus on professionalism, customer satisfaction, and hard work. My responsibilities include general labour, office installations, and client interactions. I learned how to remain calm and collected in times of extreme pressure or an overwhelming amount of tasks. Working here has been one of the best experiences I've had, It has given me experience and exposure to the business world, and helped me grow as a person, as well as learn about what will be expected of me in post secondary careers.
Oakridge Secondary School

​I am currently a grade 12 student at Oakridge, enrolled mostly in business and athletic type courses. Some of the courses I have taken to help me get my foot into the door of business include personal fiance, business leadership, sports marketing, and entrepreneurship. These classes have helped prepare me for what I want to do, and my grades will allow me to get into most of the things I'm interested in.
